Online payroll solution
In this online solution, you have access to the system 24 hours a day, 7 days a quick. With this access you can enter new hires and terminations and enter the hours worked as well as other earnings, deductions, etc. You can enter the data from anywhere and you can also have multiple administrators access the system. You can enter the data manually or upload files created with spread sheets or from time clocks. Once you have entered the data, we process the payroll and you can review and approve the payroll data at any time. The report, cheques and payslips are accessible to you at all times for viewing or printing at your location, or you can opt to have us print and courier them to you. With this service, you have a full range of services available to you and you can pick and choose from the list Technical support is included in this service and you can also use our professional services for data conversion, etc You pay only for the services that you use to control your cost. You can also opt to have additional modules for HR, ESS and Time and Attendance and you can also have time clocks

Managed Services
In this fully outsourced payroll solution, we take care of all the processing and reporting. You send us the information for new hires and terminations and the hours for the employees and we take it from there and you do not have to worry about anything. We process the payroll and send you the reports by courier of electronically. You can choose to pay by direct deposit or by cheques. We take care of all source deductions and tax filing.
If you like, we can even act as your payroll department.
There is fixed per payroll run and a processing fee per employee and other services requested.
In this option, you can have time clocks but cannot have the add on modules of HR, ESS and Time and Attendance

  • Payment options are cheques or direct depositGo payroll will offer multiple deposit options to the client for it to pay employees. These include cheques and direct deposit
  • Electronic Emailed and Online payslipsThe payslips can be emailed to the employees. The emails are encrypted and password protected. The employees can also access their payslips and pay history online with the ESS module
  • Source deductionsGo payroll will calculate and remit and stat. pay accurately and timely for the client, based on defined parameters.
  • Employee paid from your account directlyGo payroll will allow the client the option to use either Go payroll’s account to pay the client’s employees* or use the client’s bank account to pay the employees.
  • Multiple data entry optionsGo payroll will offer the client multiple methods of submitting the employee time information. These will include e-mail, fax, web portal and flat file via FTP.
  • Year end T4 and tax filingGo payroll ensure will that all year-end tax documents are submitted on time on behalf of the client*. Go payroll will file all payroll taxes and submit payments on behalf of the client*. Go payroll will produce all T4’s, T4A’s, RL-1’s for submission on behalf of the client*.

  • Customised cheques and payslipsGo payroll will provide a wide range of standard paystub layouts and reports which it feels best suites the client’s needs.
  • Standard report, user defined reportsGo payroll will give the client an option to save all paystub previews or report previews in a printable PDF or equivalent format.

  • Access to historical payroll dataGo payroll will allow the client to view all historical data for up to and including two years at any time. Additional history will be available upon request*.
  • General Ledger fileGo payroll will offer the client with either a seamless or non-seamless interface to their general ledger software*.
  • SupportGo payroll will offer product help which will accessible online at all times. In addition, there will be phone support which will be available during regular business hours*.
